THE ROOTS Established in June of 2022, The Quarry Grill is a modern version of a classic American grill, built to pay homage to our town’s rich mining history. We live by a simple motto: "Life is better smashed."

THE STANDARD We believe you can taste the difference between fast food and fresh food. That is why our mission is simple: 100% fresh, locally sourced beef, never frozen.

From our deep-fried Thumann’s hot dogs to our famous Taylor Ham Jam and house-made sauces, everything we serve is prepared fresh to order. We take pride in the quality of our ingredients and believe in doing things the hard way to get the best flavor.

NEIGHBORS FIRST Being "local" means more than just where we buy our beef. It means showing up for the people who support us. We are proud to be an active part of the Sussex County community and the go-to fuel for our local athletes. Whether it's a pre-game meal or a post-game celebration, the team always has a home at The Quarry.

OUR COMMITMENT Our passion goes beyond the scoreboard. We believe that no child should ever feel the weight of the world at the dinner table. That is why we are dedicated to being a force for good—supporting local fundraisers and ensuring our neighbors are fed.
