Q: Do you offer gluten-free options? A: Yes! We offer gluten-free buns for our smash burgers and deep-fried hot dogs. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, please let our staff know about your allergy when ordering.  

Q: What is "Taylor Ham Jam"? A: It’s our signature sweet-and-savory condiment made from Sussex County’s favorite breakfast meat. We slow-cook Taylor Ham with brown sugar and spices until it creates a "jam" consistency. It’s the star of our Dirty Burger and Dirty Dog.

Q: Is your beef fresh or frozen? A: We use 100% fresh, locally sourced beef for all our smash burgers. Our patties are never frozen, which gives them that perfect juicy sear you can't get anywhere else.  

Q: Do you serve breakfast? A: Yes, but only on weekends! Join us Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM for breakfast sandwiches like the "Hottie Tottie" and "Corned Beef Crunch."

Q: Can I order online for pickup? A: Absolutely. You can order directly through our website for the fastest service and lowest fees. Just click the "Order Online" button in the menu.

Q: Do you deliver? A: Yes, we deliver to Franklin, Hamburg, Ogdensburg, and surrounding Sussex County areas via DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Postmates.  

Q: Can I call in an order? A: Yes! You can reach us at (973) 287-7475. However, during peak lunch and dinner rushes, online ordering is often faster.

Q: Where are you located? A: We are located at 107 Route 23 in Franklin, NJ, right near the heart of the borough. Look for the "You're Gonna Dig It" sign!  

Q: What are your operating hours?

• Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Friday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• (Breakfast served weekends 7am-11am)  

Q: Do you have parking? A: Yes, we have a dedicated parking lot right in front of the restaurant for easy pickup and dine-in.

Catering & Food Truck

Q: How do I order Catering "Rock Boxes"? A: Our Rock Boxes (which feed 8-16 people) are perfect for parties and office lunches. We require 24 hours' notice for all catering orders. Please call us to place your order.  

Q: Can I book the Quarry Grill Food Truck for my event? A: Yes! Our food truck is available for private parties, weddings, and corporate events. We generally require a deposit 2 weeks in advance. Visit our [Truck] page to fill out an inquiry form.  

Q: Is the Food Truck nut-free? A: Our food truck operates as a nut and seafood-free environment to keep your guests safe. If you have specific severe allergy concerns for a private event, please discuss them with us during booking.
