Established in June of 2022, a modern version of a classic grill, paying homage to the town’s mining history. Enjoy deep-fried Thumann’s hot dogs, smashed burgers, signature fries, shakes, and our Famous Taylor Ham Jam!

We are located on Route 23 in Franklin, NJ. Our beef is locally sourced daily and never frozen. All of our sauces are house-made and everything is made to order. We take pride in the quality of the ingredients we source.
